What is your shipping procedure?

Your order will be dispatched within 2-4 business days of ordering. We use "Express Mail Service EMS" to ship your package. You will be notified by an email at the time of dispatch followed by a separate email with your tracking information.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to your destination country and weight of the package. You may also use "Shipping Calculator" on cart page to calculate the shipping cost of items added your cart.

How long will it take to get my order?

How can I track my order?

Tracking Numbers without updated information is not an indication of idle parcel or inactivity.
