How do I find the right size for me?

Easy..! We have included size charts and methods to help you determine the best fitting size. Simply click on "SIZE CHARTS" button available on every product page for our advanced sizing methods.

What are the washing instructions?

Washing instructions are available on our tag-less, printed inner label of the garment. We highly recommend our customers to adhere to these recommendations for maximum longevity of the product.

What are the payment options? Is your website safe?

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Packages will be dispatched within 2-4 business days of ordering. Until then, you can still have the order changed or cancelled. We recommend you to email us at support@tshirtrepublic.net or message us through our Contact Us page immediately. We will always do our best to accommodate your request til the last minute possible.

How do I order a gift for someone?

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

What is your shipping procedure?

Your order will be dispatched within 2-4 business days of ordering. We use "Express Mail Service - EMS" to ship your package. You will be notified by an email at the time of dispatch followed by a separate email with your tracking information.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to your destination country and weight of the package. You may also use "Shipping Calculator" on cart page to calculate the shipping cost of items added your cart.

How long will it take to get my order?

Estimated an average of 7-14 business days for delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

How can I track my order?

We will be sending you a tracking number and a link via email when your order has shipped. Please use this information to monitor the shipment.

Kindly note, in some cases tracking numbers could take up to 3-5 business days to have an updated status. Tracking Numbers without updated information is not an indication of idle parcel or inactivity. Most of the time it merely means that the shipping company did not update their system on time, even when packages are shipped within the usual time frame.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties. Each country varies in customs fees and it is something we are unable gauge. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

All of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with any of the items in your purchase, you can return them within 60 days of receiving your package. I have received an incorrect - damaged product in my order. What should I do?

Our shipments go through a rigorous quality check process before they leave our warehouse. There is only a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment. However, if you have received damaged or incorrect items in your order, please email us at support@tshirtrepublic.net as soon as possible, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are a group working together in different countries spreading worldwide. Our business development office located in the United Kingdom. Manufacturing unit in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Warehouse and fulfillment centers are located in Sri Lanka & Maldives.
